“Are you tired of the nonstop rhythm and rush of your day to day routine? ”
Do you give 100% to your loved ones and responsibilities and look up at the end of the year to honestly admit that another year has flown by and there is more inside of you that didn’t quite manifest or have the space to truly rise?
Have you survived valley seasons, shifts, losses, and unpredictable changes that, if you are honest, throughout the years, may have fragmented your heart, your trust, your outlook on life?
Let’s be even more vulnerable for a second? Have you ever withdrawn, shifted, or put a guard up to protect yourself from being disappointed on that level ever again?
Have you taken a hit so hard along the way, that you wonder if you began playing it safe, over planning, unknowing still trying to control aspects of your life that God may be trying to bring unexpected blessings or something that does always “quite make sense” in the beginning?
“Me too. I’ve been there and life has come along and knocked the wind out of me a time or two. ”
I’ve found myself flying high, speaking and empowering people across the world in one season and on the floor called up in the fetal in tears wondering what happened in another.
I’ve sat on the therapy sofa, committed to understanding what I couldn’t quite put words to and taken more nature walks fo protect my sanity than you can imagine.
I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, I’ve danced, I’ve screamed, I’ve kicked because it just didn’t make sense and one thing remains true.
“I found something along the way that was waiting for me the entire time.”
A missing piece of my identity. A truth that ran so deep, the blood in my veins could feel it. A pain so suppressed only tears could release it. A power so bold, only God majesty could awaken it . And that missing piece was waiting in the Motherland.
And it’s not something you get on the bus tour as you look out the window. It’s what you feel when you stand still and experience authentic and unmanufactured land not well manicured lawns.
‘‘It’s what you feel when you are greeted by your sisters and brothers with their authentic voice and tone, not the one trained for success in your career.”
It’s the essence you feel when you see the women elegantly clothed from head to toe leaving more to the imagination than our marketing would dare admit is possible in the beauty and fashion industry because it would destroy their profit margins .
So instead we aren’t shown the true essence, our true royalty, or reminded of or true worth because, it would make us question too much. Awaken more than allowed. Bring clarity beyond measure.
Joy unrehearsed for social media and likes. Peace and presence that gives you the courage to let go and trust. And the powerful reminder that God created majesty and that majesty resides in you.
“Life is unpredictable, beautiful, painful at times to help us grow in ways unimaginable, and awww inspiring. ”
Are you ready to be guided within by the Motherland?
It’s no a vacation. It’s a return. A return to parts of your identity you’ve not experienced until you arrive. And if you are open? Truly willing to live and activate the faith we speak of, then this is for you.

What to expect
I have been traveling to Africa since 2016, and last year was my first time experiencing Ghana. Out of all the countries I have visited, Ghana feels like the heart of Africa. The people are warm, friendly, and vibrant. The land carries an energy that feels like our roots, our authenticity, and our culture. We rode down dirt roads where herds of goats crossed in front of us. Everything was fresh, alive, and real. I learned so much about their way of life, how they honor the land, and how they heal the body with all natural practices. It is an experience that stays in your spirit.
During your journey, you will visit the Atlantic slave trade sites at Cape Coast and Elmina. You will walk the corridors of the castles, stand before the Door of No Return, and walk the sacred river at Assin Manso, where captives were bathed before being taken away. This is a powerful and holy moment. We will hold space for you to pause, reflect, and allow the water and the land to minister to you.
In Accra, you will experience daily life with the people and culture. We will explore markets filled with fresh produce, natural herbs, handmade goods, and vibrant colors. You will have the opportunity to shop, interact with villagers, and connect with native Ghanaians whose music, conversation, and community reflect a way of life rooted in joy and resilience. You will see how agriculture, plants, and animals sustain families and shape wellness across generations.
Meals will honor tradition. You will enjoy authentic African food prepared with care and shared in community. We will eat with our hands in gratitude, as is the custom. After the depth of the historical tours, we will gather for a sacred seaside dinner to celebrate your presence and your work. The ocean will hold space for rest and release.
You will also be welcomed into a private circle of women who carry the wisdom of natural remedies and herbal practices. We will travel into the village so you can receive a private ritual ceremony and be poured into by the midwives and elders of Ghana. This will be an intimate exchange of wisdom and blessing, rooted in the earth and in spirit.
To honor these ceremonies, please bring two all white outfits. One can be a white dress, and the other an attire of your choice that is fully white. These will be worn for your special rituals and sacred moments during the experience.
