The Last 100 Days

Can you believe we are already winding down another year? September has a way of making the end of the year feel much closer, especially when we realize that the holidays and a brand-new year are just around the corner. But before we start thinking too far ahead, I want to pause and focus on what is still in front of us.

Today, we officially enter the last 100 days of 2026.

While it can be easy to look at this point in the year and think about everything we have not accomplished yet, I think there is something much more encouraging about looking at these final 100 days as an opportunity. We still have time to grow, become more intentional, strengthen our faith, change some of our habits, and believe bigger about what is still possible.

There Is Still Time to Make This Year Meaningful

By September, many of us have already started reviewing the goals and plans we made at the beginning of the year. Some things may have worked out exactly as we hoped, while other plans may have changed completely. There may even be dreams we expected to accomplish by now that are still waiting for their moment.

That does not mean the year is a failure or that the opportunity has passed. There are still 100 days ahead of us, and those days can be used intentionally. Instead of allowing everything that has not happened yet to become a reason to give up, we can use this season to refocus and decide what matters most for the remainder of the year.

What Does It Mean to Believe Bigger?

For me, believing bigger is closely connected to faith. It means being willing to trust God even when I cannot see exactly how something will come together. It means refusing to let my current circumstances become the limit of what I believe is possible.

That does not mean ignoring reality or expecting everything to happen exactly the way I imagined it. Instead, it means remaining open to what God can do beyond what I can currently see and giving myself permission to believe that there is still more ahead.

That is one of the reasons 100 Days of Believing Bigger by Marshawn Evans Daniels has become one of my favorite devotionals. I have also given it as a gift to people many times because of the way it encourages you to stretch your faith, trust what you cannot always see, and think beyond where you currently are.

As we enter the final 100 days of 2026, I cannot think of a better time to revisit those ideas. Rather than spending these months simply counting down to the end of the year, I want to use them as an opportunity to be more intentional about my faith and my perspective.

Walking Through the Final 100 Days Together

Beginning today, a group of women from different places will begin walking through 100 Days of Believing Bigger together as we enter the final 100 days of the year.

You can absolutely do this on your own and use the devotional as part of your personal time with God. You can also invite someone you love to join you. Maybe that means grabbing a friend, your sister, your daughter, or someone else who could use a little encouragement and deciding to take the journey together.

Or, if you prefer, you can simply join us in solidarity from wherever you are. You do not have to be in the same place as someone else to share the same intention.

For these 100 days, I want us to make a conscious decision to believe bigger and remain open to what is still possible.
